For the duration of his professional career, Ron Daratany has been forging successful long-term business relationships with leaders of well respected national organizations. As a strategic recruiting business partner, Ron’s expertise and resources are utilized to assemble powerful corporate teams by identifying, recruiting, assessing and presenting the most qualified professionals which meet client expectations. In addition, Ron has assisted hundreds of displaced professionals re-establish their careers by providing effective career planning & development consultation.
In 1988, Ron began his career with the Investment Banking Firm, Lehman Brothers, recruiting & managing their brokerage support team and represented the firm at College Career Days. In 1991, Ron continued in the field of recruiting with a California based, national retained executive recruiting firm, later earning a Partnership. In 1998, Ron formed DMR Global Recruiting, a national retained executive recruiting firm. Initially focusing solely on executive recruiting services, Ron recognized that his core technical competencies could lead into other related services industries and expanded the firm's capabilities. DMR Career Planning & GradJobZone were later formed providing corporate outplacement & individual career planning services for established professionals and graduating students.
As a result, DMR Global, Inc. provides a much broader range of services for their clients, including: International Corporate Executive Recruiting, Outplacement and Individual Career Planning Services.
